My Event Recordings have no sound.

Problem:

Your Event Videos and Recordings are silent and have no sound / audio.

Troubleshooting Tips:

Make sure that Record Sound is turned on in your camera's settings.

In the Wyze app, tap on your camera and let the live stream load.
Tap on the Settings icon , then tap Advanced Settings.
If the Record sound option is toggled on , tap to toggle off then back on .
If the Record sound option is toggled off , toggle the switch on.
If there is still no sound on the recordings, factory reset the camera and set up the camera again
